15.) Peyton Siva

– Although it is highly likely that Siva spends all of next season overseas, he is still a solid rotation player when a roster spot opens for him later in his career. With the additions of Will Bynum and Chauncey Billups at the point guard spots, Siva seems to be the odd man out.

Beyond all of the roster issues, Siva is still a tremendously talented point guard when it comes down to getting his teammates involved and making the right decision. Siva showed those talents well in this years Orlando Summer League. Siva dished out over 6 assists a game and just over two turnovers a game.
