156. Final. 95. 64. 99

REGGIE JACKSON. D-. He was better than last night, but it was another underperforming performance from Jackson. That paired with the emergence of Spencer Dinwiddie lead to a seat on the bench for Jackson, who only played 23 minutes tonight. He still managed seven assists, but he missed at least four wide open jumpers. He also didn’t defend Wall as well as he did last Sunday.. PG. Pistons

F.  The dymanic backcourt of Jackson and Caldwell-Pope appeara to have hit a wall. No need to be alarmed, they are both young players and the chemistry is still developing. He shared a seat on the bench with Jackson in the second half.. SG. Pistons. KENTAVIOUS CALDWELL-POPE

C+. Prince was perfect from the field and managed a couple steals. While his performance wasn’t eye-popping, it was probably his best performance since rejoining the Pistons.. SF. Pistons. TAYSHAUN PRINCE

B. Monroe put together some solid numbers and shot over 50 percent from the floor. He also wasn’t exposed as badly as he has been the last few games, because Stan Van Gundy elected to swap Drummond on the quicker Nene. With that said, his performance on defense could have been better and he did turn the ball over six times tonight.. PF. Pistons. GREG MONROE

C. Just missed out on his double-double, but also played less minutes than usual. Offensively he was efficient (5/8), but his free throw shooting (3/10) was pathetic. He also bit on some hard ball fakes by Nene, one of which was for a monster slam. . C. Pistons. ANDRE DRUMMOND

A+. Last night the Pistons got a surprising performance from Meeks and lost. Tonight it was Dinwiddie’s turn. With 20 points and eight assists, I thought for sure the spark he provided would propel the Pistons to the win. unfortunately, it wasn’t in the cards. . PG. Pistons. SPENCER DINWIDDIE

C. Meeks provided eight points off the bench and played hard on defense.. SG. Pistons. JODIE MEEKS

CARON BUTLER. C+. Just two points, but he played Paul Pierce well in the second half, pressuring him into tightly contested shots.. SF. Pistons

PF. Pistons. ANTHONY TOLLIVER. B. + 14 on the night to go with nine points and a ton of energy. As always, he was the Pistons glue guy and hit some key three-pointers. Hard to believe Van Gundy was able to acquire him for Tony Mitchell.

I. Only five minutes for Williams so he receives an “incomplete” grade.. F. Pistons. SHAWNE WILLIAMS

B+. The starting perimeter players (Jackson, Caldwell-Pope, Prince) have had a rough go at it the last 2 1/2 games. Sometimes you have to give someone else a try and that’s what Van Gundy did in the second half against the Wizards. That decision paid off as the second unit erased a double-digit deficit behind Dinwiddie’s best performance of his NBA career.. Head Coach. Pistons. STAN VAN GUNDY
