Bobby Portis to work out with Pistons

"Bobby Portis says he has workouts scheduled with OKC, Miami, Detroit, Toronto, Indy, Charlotte, Milwaukee Phoenix and Utah."

I like Portis, and I’m glad the Pistons will learn more about him during a workout.

The Arkansas power forward has a nice all-around, and he gets the most of those skills by playing hard. His shot would complement Andre Drummond well. But he’s not very athletic, which lowers his ceiling and provides some concern about how he translates to the NBA.

Most likely, No. 8 is too high for him. But if the Pistons trade down, Portis is a real legitimate possibility.
