What started as an innocent Instagram post by Orlando’s newly signed shooting guard Patricio Garino’s agent has started to catch some waves around the internet due to the possible message being conveyed in the background, and Detroit Pistons fans might want to take note.

What was meant to be a photo showing off his newly minted contract, Patricio Garino‘s agent may have opened quite the can of worms by posting photo on Instagram. Written on the whiteboard in the background are a list of names which appear to be potential Orlando Magic targets. What’s even more intriguing for our purposes is that the list includes four Detroit Pistons.

Stanley Johnson, Marcus Morris, Jon Leuer, and Tobias Harris all appear to be listed. The whiteboard only includes “big men”, but this past trade season let it be known that Orlando has had interest in Reggie Jackson in the past.

Most interesting on the list pertaining to the Pistons is Tobias Harris. You may remember that Orlando gifted Harris to the Pistons last year in return for the expiring contracts of Ersan Ilyasova and Brandon Jennings, neither of which are with the team this season. Many around the NBA let their dissatisfaction be known with Orlando for not receiving a first round pick or another young player for the asset that is Tobias Harris. Looking to re-acquire a player they practically gave away a year prior isn’t a very good look.

We don’t know for sure if this is what it looks to be, however with the Pistons playoff absence a near certainty at this point, many will look to the off-season to keep their mind off of this disappointing season. With a high draft pick and some intriguing young players, the Magic seem to be the kind of trade partner Detroit may look to if it is decided a shakeup is needed going into next season.

Next: It's time for the Pistons to start tanking

There are plenty of trade ideas you could conjure up between these two teams and Stan Van Gundy has shown he is the type of guy to make a move at any time.
