Former Detroit Pistons, where are they now? Tobias Harris

Harris joined the 15-16 Pistons roster in a midseason trade that exchanged Brandon Jennings and Ersan Ilyasova in exchange for the power forward. In his 27 games with the Pistons that season, Harris averaged 16.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game while shooting 37.5 percent from three.

Like Morris, Harris’ best game against the Cavs came in game four when he scored 23 points and collected 13 rebounds. Harris averaged 14.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in the series.

The following season was the forward’s only full season with the Pistons as Harris was traded to the Clippers in the deal that brought Blake Griffin to Detroit during the 2017-2018 season. Harris would be traded again during the 2018-2019 season when he would be dealt to the Philadelphia 76ers. In the 2019 offseason, Harris would ink a five-year $180 million contract to stay with the team.

This season, Harris is the second-leading scorer on the Sixers roster posting 19.5 points per game. Harris and the Sixers have locked up the number one seed in the eastern conference this postseason and they will have to wait until after the conclusion of the play-in tournament before they know who their opponents will be in the first round.
