Pistons second-year forward Jonas Jerebko: ‘I still count myself as a rookie’

“When we go on the road it’s good that the young guys keep together, go eat breakfast and stuff like that. After practice, we stay and shoot. Before practice, we go. You know, as a rookie you’ve got to be early, and I still count myself as a rookie, because I want to be early, and I want to be one of the latest ones out of there – especially now when I’ve got an injury.”
I wonder why Detroit fans have embraced Jerebko so much.
