Agent: Jonas Jerebko’s four-year, $18 million contract includes player option

Jonas Jerebko signed a four-year $18 million contract that includes a player option, according to his agent, Doug Neustadt. By definition, the option is for the fourth season.

Vincent Goodwill of The Detroit News first reported the deal was worth $18 million Jerebko first reported the deal was worth $18 million (hat tip: Justin Rogers of MLive.com), not the $16 million originally reported.

Update: Neustadt said Jerebko will make $4.5 each year of the deal and the contract has been officially signed.
