Former Piston Mike James attempting a NBA comeback

From Scott Schroeder of Ridiculous Upside:

"He spent 12 games in Turkey last season with Aliaga Petkim, but has apparently decided to join the D-League to work toward an NBA comeback this year instead of chasing another paycheck in Europe."

James will play for the Erie Bayhawks. He and Lindsey Hunter were one of the many components of the 2004 title team that I loved. James became a bit too focused on his offense after leaving Detroit, but in his brief stint with the Pistons, he was one of the peskiest on-ball defenders in the league.
