Pistons Unveil New “Motor City” Alternate Jersey

The Detroit Pistons announced early on Wednesday that they will be wearing an alternate jersey for 10 games during the 2013-2014 campaign. The Pistons will wear the jerseys during the 10 Sunday games throughout the year. This is in honor of “Motor City Sundays” at the Palace. Detroit is also expected to wear the “MOTOR CITY” alternates on the road during Sunday matchups.

The jerseys that feature the saying “MOTOR CITY” on the front instead of the original “PISTONS” (home whites) or “DETROIT” (road blues), seemed to have received some positive feedback over social media during the reveal via Instagram by the Pistons (link: http://t.co/QJeyfs3h3w).

Detroit faces off against 10 opponents on “Motor City Sundays,” here is the list of games you can potentially catch the Pistons wearing their new alternate jerseys:
