Pistons’ average age weighted by playing time skews younger as playoff hopes fade

Let’s look at the average age, weighted by minutes played, of the Pistons in each of their games this season.

Taking Hoopism’s advice, I included days when calculating a player’s age – unlike the last time I presented similar chart. I used each player’s age on Oct. 27, when the Pistons opened the season. That way, there’s not a misleading increase due to players aging during the season.

Red represents wins. Blue represents losses.
