Will Bynum victim of identity theft

The local police blotter, where you find all the police calls that are fit to print, is often a source of bizarre and sometimes hilarious items. Rarely do they include celebrities. And even more rare is the inclusion of a Detroit Piston. Reserve point guard Will Bynum found his name in the blotter recently, filing a police report in Oakland Township after discovering that someone else used his credit cards’ information. Bynum’s credit cards were “fraudulently used to purchase thousands of dollars worth of merchandise in his hometown of Chicago,” according to a story at OaklandTownshipPatch.com.
Bynum apparently recognized the name of the purchaser of some of the items as an employee at an athletic facility in Chicago where he trains in the offseason.
I feel bad for Mr. Bynumite. First he starts missing game checks because of the NBA lockout and now people are stealing his money.
