Ben Wallace Leaning Toward Returning for Another Season With Pistons

Ben Wallace, who has recently been the subject of retirement speculation, has said that he is leaning toward coming back and playing at least one more season in Detroit, according to the Detroit Free Press.

“I’m leaning more toward playing than not playing,” Wallace told the Free Press. “Mentally, I’m at 80% (coming back). Physically trying to catch up.”

Wallace was the first Piston to hit the gym in Auburn Hills once the NBA lockout ended, is in the final year of his a contract that will pay him $2.2 million.
