Francisco Garcia
Position: Forward-Guard
Height: 6-7 ▪ Weight: 195 lbs.
8 Years experience.
A veteran’s veteran who had a slight renaissance this year playing alongside James Harden in Houston. Garcia has good size at 6’7, shoots the three at a decent rate, plays capable defense, but his main asset is his old soul composure. Garcia has done his time on both mediocre Kings squads and downright terrible Kings squads, but the fans have never turned on him. He’s always given his team everything he had to give, whether a starter or coming off the bench, or as an unofficial ambassador to the young guns. The Pistons, if they could negotiate a price that pleases both parties, could get a lot of value out of this extremely non-sexy move.
