The Grizzlies need to get younger. With Zach Randolph a free agent, power forward could be a target here, but the talent of Rodney Hood would be just too hard to pass up at#22. Hood is a pure shooter with some fluidity at wing. He also would get time to work his way into playing time behind Mike Miller and Tayshaun Prince.
