30. San Antonio Spurs

Clint Capela, PF, Chalon-Sur-Saone (France)

It’s time to think about who is going to replace Tim Duncan in San Antonio. Especially if they can win an NBA title this season. Duncan still has gas in the tank, but as we all know — San Antonio likes to build their prospects across the pond. Insert french shot blocker (does that even sound possible?) Clint Capela, who is a force inside the paint both on the glass and by putting the biscuit in the basket.

Only problem is sometimes he forgets that.

If there is a team that convince Capela that he isn’t a jump shooter and that his work belongs in the paint, it’s the Spurs.

San Antonio will need to convince him he’s not a small forward and that he still can use his flashiness and great passing ability inside. What he needs to work on is consistency rebounding the basketball. It’s unclear if Capela would come over to the states right away, but I think he could learn right away under the right circumstances.
