For doing a ton of things well, Nick Johnson sure does get slack from draft experts and scouts. He might be undersized, but the Arizona point guard has done nothing but improve over the last three years. He does a handful of things right at point guard, including getting to the free throw line five times a game, grabbing four rebounds per contest, and assisting on 3 made buckets a night.

He might lack size, but he doesn’t lack athleticism. He’d be a good fit for the Pistons and could provide competition with Brandon Jennings right away for playing time. At the least, he could serve as a heat check player off the bench. One thing you have to love about his game is his ferocious approach to it.

He has a strong will to win.
