Andre Drummond, who leveled James Johnson after Johnson dunked on him, via Terry Foster of The Detroit News:

"“It turned out to be a hard foul and one thing led to another. Emotions were high during the game. It happens. It is basketball. There were no hard feelings. I have nothing against him. I shook his hand after the game.”"

Someone might want to tell Johnson.

Foster:

"Johnson wasn’t in a happy mood afterward and was seen lurking near the court where the Pistons exit and near the loading dock where the teams exit. He was escorted away by teammates."

Good thing Johnson’s teammates got him away. Johnson initially seemed to take Drummond’s flagrant foul in stride, but as the altercation escalated, Johnson got more visibly demonstrative. I can’t imagine a confrontation by the loading dock would have gone well for either player.
