Mike Monroe of the Express-News:

"After missing 13 of the last 16 games with a strained left hamstring All-NBA point guard Tony Parker will return to the Spurs lineup for Tuesday’s game at AT&T Center against the Detroit Pistons."

This hurts the Pistons, but not as much as you might think. Cory Joseph has been playing extremely well this season, a level a rusty Parker isn’t a lock to match. If Gregg Popovich doesn’t overextend Parker in his first game back, the Spurs become deeper and better.

Brandon Jennings has been a huge part of the Pistons’ turnaround, but his job gets tougher tonight with Parker playing. Not only is Parker a solid defender within San Antonio’s team system, he’ll make Jennings work harder on the other end. Joseph’s virtues rely partially on better picking his spots.
