D.J. AUGUSTIN. A+. 25 points and 13 assists with zero turnovers. He was also a perfect 7/7 from the free throw line. If Augustin can continue to set his teammates up the way he has while minimizing turnovers the Pistons will be in great shape to make the playoffs in the second half of the season. I’m interested to see how he plays against some of the bigger point guards down the stretch defensively.. PG. Pistons

B. I fully expected Caldwell-Pope to average 15-18 points a game this season. It’s taken a little longer than I expected, but I think he may finally be coming along. He’s still too inconsistent, so maybe he is still a year away, but he’s done a better job moving without the basketball and getting to the rim on drives. Now if he can just finish.. SG. Pistons. KENTAVIOUS CALDWELL-POPE

KYLE SINGLER. A. I’ve heard many in the inner NBA circles compare Kyle Singler to Kyle Korver…. not really, but when he shoots the way he did tonight he’s just as much of an asset. I understand that Singler is going to have up and down nights as one of the least athletic people in the NBA, but if the Pistons can eventually mitigate his playing time to a reserve role, than he could be a long-term option for the Pistons.. SF. Pistons

F. Moose had a so-so offensive performance, but was torched by Chris Bosh in the third to the tune of 20 points. Anytime you let a player drop 20 on you in a quarter you can expect your grade to drop.. PF. Pistons. GREG MONROE

A. Hassan Whiteside has been on fire lately, that is, until he met Drummond, who gladly smothered the flames. Drummond had one of his most complete games of the season tonight. On defense he had two blocks and altered several more and tallied 8 defensive rebounds, 14 total for the night. He’d finish with 14 points, but most of that damage was done in the first half (12).. C. Pistons. ANDRE DRUMMOND

Pistons. JODIE MEEKS. C-. Meeks struggled shooting the ball again tonight. At least he continues to play hard.. SG

SF. Pistons. CARON BUTLER. C+. Butler played his role efficiently. 3/4 from the field in 17 minutes.

PF. Pistons. JONAS JEREBKO. I. Didn’t see the floor enough to receive a grade.

C+. Nothing really jumped out on the stat sheet for Tolliver in 23 minutes, but he was +12 and had a beautiful transition three.. PF. Pistons. ANTHONY TOLLIVER

B+. Two blocks and three rebounds in just seven minutes. Anthony is going to play 100% every time he’s out on the floor.. C. Pistons. JOEL ANTHONY

D. six minutes 1/4 shooting and three points. It took Lucas a few possessions to adjust to the speed of the game, but signing a veteran point guard was the right move for the Pistons who are serious about making the playoffs.<p class=. PG. Pistons. JOHN LUCAS

Pistons. SPENCER DINWIDDIE. F. Dinwiddie only played five minutes which isn’t enough time for an evaluation, but his grade isn’t indicative of his performance, rather his positioning on the team. After a short stint as back-up point guard, Dinwiddie has officially been replaced by John Lucas III.. PG

Head Coach. Pistons. STAN VAN GUNDY. B. I liked that Van Gundy rode Augustin, Drummond, and Monroe in the fourth quarter despite the game never getting closer than 12 points. The second unit was losing the lead quickly and that small move kept the game from ever being in any danger.<p class=
