In news that doesn’t exactly qualify as shocking, it looks like the Pistons will be hanging on to John Lucas III for the remainder of the season. Lucas has chipped in 29 points and 25 assists to just 3 turnovers in 77 minutes so far as the Pistons’ backup point guard. Obviously it has been a tiny sample size, but he has played very well thus far and Dinwiddie will probably only get that role if and when Detroit is eliminated from the playoff chase.
