Tayshaun Prince hits go-ahead 3-pointer, stares at Celtics fans (video)
By Dan Feldman
Tayshaun Prince spent a little time with the Celtics before the Pistons traded for him. Looks like he made some “friends” in the crowd during his time in Boston.
This 3-pointer helped the Pistons reach overtime against the Celtics.
Update: Maybe I shouldn’t have put “friends” in quotation marks. Prince:
“Actually, they was pulling for me, to be honest with you. Of course, I don’t think they was expecting for us to win. But throughout the crowd tonight, they were really appreciative of what I had done here for the month that I was here and saying some good things and stuff like that. So, actually, right before I shot that shot, somebody in the stands said, ‘Oh, that’s good.’ So I looked at him. But it wasn’t no bad talkin or nothing like that. No, not at all.”
