Pistons steamroll Hornets for most lopsided outcome of the season

Pistons. REGGIE JACKSON. B-. Jackson hit just one of his seven shots. But he distributed the ball well and held Kemba Walker to an even worse shooting night.. PG
C+. Caldwell-Pope’s play on both ends of the floor could best be described as adequate. That’s something, but you’d be justified to expect more in the Pistons’ biggest win of the year.. SG. Pistons. KENTAVIOUS CALDWELL-POPE
Butler had no impact in 10 minutes of playing time.. SF. Pistons. CARON BUTLER. C-
B+. Monroe only shot 4-10 from the field but he got to the line 10 times (converting 9 of them). That more than makes up for minor shooting woes. Statistically, he only slightly outplayed Noah Vonleh, but it’s hard to criticize one of the better players in such an epic blowout.. PF. Pistons. GREG MONROE
Drummond made Biyombo look like a joke. That’s not all that difficult, but still. 15 points, 19 boards, 2 blocks, and several more Hornets intimidated around the rim. He had a beautiful offensive rebound and dunk early on in which he had to tip the ball to himself three times and got off four jumps in the time nobody else could leave the ground more than twice.. A-. Lucas was the best point guard in this game. I’m not searching through all his game logs, but there’s a real possibility that that’s the first time that has ever been in a true statement in his NBA career.. PG. Pistons. JOHN LUCAS III
