In case you missed it, Stan Van Gundy said earlier that he’s going to use a tier system for the 2015 NBA Draft.

I initially had a traditional big board and a Pistons themed big board for picks 1-30 based on talent (former) and combination of talent/fit (latter). With Van Gundy using the tier system it only makes sense that my big board does as well.

Below are my top 10 prospects. Prospects 11-30 will be revealed at a later date. Remember, this board is based upon the Pistons and is not a reflection of the 10 best players from best to worst. (Although players within tiers are listed from best to worst).

Tier 1= Upside/Athleticism+Fit+Need+NBA Ready

Tier 2=Upside/Athleticism+Fit+Need, but with Risk

Tier 3=Can Play Right Away+ Upside, but not a fit

Tier 4= Play Right Away, but not a fit+ Flawed

Tier 5=Upside/Developmental+Can play significant role next season
