Grant Hill is the man at small forward. In Hill’s six years with the Pistons, he was an all-star four times and led the league in all-star votes cast in his first two seasons. He ran the offense as a point forward and averaged 21.6 points, 7.9 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game while he was with the Pistons.

He was a triple-double machine and frequently led the league in assists by non-guards. He was one of only four players (and one of them, LeBron James, came along at a later date) to total 9,393 points 3,417 rebounds and 2,720 assists in his first six seasons.

He played a total of 18 years in the NBA, but he was never the same after injuring his ankle in 2000. We can only imagine the kind of career he would have produced if he could have stayed injury free.

Honorable mention goes to Adrian Dantley. He averaged 20.3 points per game in his three seasons in Detroit, but he was awesome in his time with Utah where he scored 29.6 points per game over the course of seven seasons.
