Detroit Pistons fall to the Milwaukee Bucks 102- 89

The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the visiting Detroit Pistons 102-89 on Monday night.

It was the second night of a road back-to-back for the Detroit Pistons as they got torched by the Milwaukee Bucks tonight. Greg Monroe and Michael Beasley combined for 22 of 28 shooting together, as it seemed like no one on the Pistons had an answer for either one of them tonight. It was also a night where the Pistons did not shoot well from the three point line for most of the game finishing 7 for 21 from downtown.

It was disappointing seeing the Pistons not being able to build off their momentum on a huge win against the Raptors the night before.

ISH SMITH. C-. Coming off one of his best performances of the season last game against the Raptors, Smith was mostly quiet this game. Credit to Malcolm Brogdan’s defense, as Smith could not get to the rim as easily as he normally does with his quickness. In 17 minutes he only had three points and one assist.. PG. Detroit Pistons

B-. Leuer was great on the offensive end tonight scoring 15 points on an efficient 6 for 9 shooting as well as pulling down 11 rebounds. It was his defense that left much to be desired. Granted, Michael Beasley did hit some very difficult shots, but it seemed time and time again Beasley just kept getting to his spot and scoring at will with Leuer defending him.. PF. Detroit Pistons. This was a very predictable game for the Pistons coming off that long come from behind win against the Raptors on the road the night before, but Van Gundy has to get more out of his star players in games like these especially when Jackson only played 17 minutes the night before.
