The Detroit Pistons will be making a rotation change tonight. That change will come in the form of rookie Henry Ellenson (!).

Detroit Pistons fans will finally get a good look at the team’s most recent first round selection, Henry Ellenson.

This is a move I would have like to see sooner, but I am happy nonetheless.

Ellenson has been performing well for the Grand Rapids Drive. Now it’s time to see what he looks like in an NBA game.

The start is a little surprising, particularly since Stanley Johnson (2016 first round draft pick) isn’t joining Ellenson in the lineup.

As for the start tonight, I’m not really sure what to expect. I think Ellenson has a lot of potential, but this Houston Rockets team is a rough for a first time starter, and really, first time player in the NBA.

Next: Is Zach Collins the next KAT?

Hopefully he shines and can be the one bright spot to this otherwise depressing season. At worst he gives Pistons’ fans something to watch for tonight.
