Reggie Bullock

Reggie Bullock played in 31 games this season and averaged 15.1 minutes per game. Bullock averaged 4.5 points per game, 2.1 rebounds per game, 0.9 assists per game, and 0.6 steals per game. Bullock shot 42.2 percent from the field, 38.4 percent three-point shooting, and 71.4 percent free throw shooting.

Bullock struggled to perform consistently and break into the rotation regularly. This was arguably Bullock’s best chance to solidify himself into the rotation with no obvious choice for backup shooting guard on the roster. However his poor play and injury struggles resulted in Stan Van Gundy often opting for a nine-man rotation and not using a traditional backup shooting guard.

Bullock needs to work on staying healthy and available, consistency will come. He has never played more than 43 games in a season before and that was his rookie season with the Clippers.

Chances he remains a Piston: 75 percent. Bullock is a restricted free agent so the Pistons hold the advantage in whether they retain him or not. The question will be what other teams will offer him, and whether the Pistons want to match will depend a lot on how other offseason plans play out.
