Tobias Harris

Tobias Harris was the only player to play in all 82 games for the Pistons averaging 31.3 minutes per game. Harris averaged 16.1 points per game, 5.1 rebounds per game, and 1.7 assists per game. He shot 48.1 percent from the field, 34.7 percent three-point shooting, and 84.1 percent free throw shooting, and led the Pistons in scoring for the season.

Harris was probably the best Piston this season, beginning the season as the starter at power forward. When Stan Van Gundy opted to move him to the bench to give the bench more scoring, he handled it like a professional. Harris took it gracefully, did the team thing, and ended up leading the team in scoring anyway.

Tobias Harris needs to bring more of the same next season, and hope that everyone else around him lifts their game.

Chances he remains a Piston: 100 percent. Harris was the Pistons’ leading scorer, and accepted his move to the bench with grace. The only way he leaves is if there is an offer that the Pistons couldn’t refuse.
