Fran Fraschcilla talked Detroit Pistons on the first day of the NBA combine. Here’s who he’s linking to the team.

The Detroit Pistons need shooting help. Can you guess what type of players they are being linked to?

At the NBA combine, Fran Faschilla was fielding questions about the Detroit Pistons. Unsurprisingly, they all had a common theme–shooting.

Here are some of the nuggets he droppedhas mentioned a few guys he thinks the Pistons will like:

There are some commonalities with what Fraschilla is saying, in respect to some of the other personalities.

Fore example, the Pistons were linked to Ferguson in an earlier addition of Chad Ford’s mock draft. Later, Ford mocked Zach Collins to the Pistons.

If the Pistons don’t get a top-three pick, I would love to see the team have a shot at Collins, though I don’t think he’ll be there at 12.

I also like Ferguson–though much less than Collins–but he’s another project that’s likely a couple years away from being a significant contributor.

Frank Ntilikina would be a really good pick in terms of upside and need, but like Collins, I doubt he’s there at 12.

I like Luke Kennard, but not at 12. If the Pistons were to trade back into the 20’s or acquire an additional pick, I would be more intrigued.

Next: Is Zach Collins the next KAT?

We still don’t know where the Pistons will be picking in this year’s draft and this is likely just Fraschilla’s opinion. That said, Collins’ name certainly is buzzing with the Pistons, as he seems to be the player most commonly linked to the team.
