As of Thursday, Piston Powered’s Duncan Smith will be the new host of Locked On Pistons, a daily podcast discussing the Detroit Pistons.

On Thursday afternoon, I officially took over as host of the Locked On Pistons podcast, a daily pod focusing on the Detroit Pistons and part of the Locked On podcast network. I’ll be replacing Dan Feldman (founder of Piston Powered) who will be on to bigger and better things.

In order to seamlessly transition from the former host to the podcast’s current host, Dan and I had a handoff episode where we tossed back and forth some ideas on the draft, free agency, Aron Baynes and Boban Marjanovic’s future with the Detroit Pistons, and a number of other Piston-related topics.

I’ve been a follower of Dan’s for a long time and I’ve listened to Locked On Pistons since its inception, so I’m excited for the opportunity to take yet another of his creations and put my own spin on it.

Hopefully you guys will subscribe and join me for 10-to-20 minutes from Monday through Friday for some more great Piston content.
