Draft night is finally here Detroit Pistons fans, and that means its time to take your temperature for the last time. Who do you hope the Pistons draft?

The draft is here Detroit Pistons fans, and it it could get wild with the turbulent environment in the NBA right now.

Seemingly anything could happen tonight. Whether the Pistons stay put, trad back, trade out of the draft entirely, or traded up, none of it would surprise me.

With that said, what do you want to see your favorite team do tonight?

For me, I would really like to see the Pistons trade up for Dennis Smith. He’s got everything you could ever want in a point guard in today’s NBA and I think he could be had for an affordable price, particularly if he makes it to the seven or eight range, which I think he will.

If the Pistons stay at 12, I’m hopeful they will get an opportunity to draft one of Zach Collins or Donovan Mitchell. At worst, Luke Kennard would be a really nice consolation prize.

What I don’t want to see is the Pistons trading out of the draft for a mediocre veteran. Rookie scale contracts are too valuable and this draft is too deep to justify it.

Next: Clippers may have offered DeAndre Jordan for Andre Drummond

That’s my take, now I want to hear what you have to say.
