The Detroit Pistons’ television schedule has been released for the 2017-18 NBA season as they kick off the first year in Little Caesars Arena.

We’re nearing the start of the Detroit Pistons’ first season in Little Caesars Arena, and a lot will be new in and around the team. One thing that will not be new is the continuing relationship between the Pistons and Fox Sports Detroit.

“We’re pleased to begin our 21st season of continued partnership with FOX Sports Detroit,” said Charlie Metzger, Chief Revenue and Communications Officer for the Detroit Pistons. “With 81 regular-season games on the local schedule, FOX Sports Detroit’s award winning broadcast production will once again deliver the most complete coverage of Detroit Basketball both on and off the court.”

In addition to the 81 games FSD will carry, TNT will exclusively carry a game, meaning all 82 games will be available on television.

Once again on nights where the Pistons and Detroit Red Wings play at the same time, the Pistons will shift over to Fox Sports Plus. There will be nine such games this season.

In addition, the Pistons will be found on the radio airwaves this season on 97.1 FM. On nights when either the Detroit Tigers or Red Wings  schedule conflict with the Pistons, those games will be broadcast on 950 AM or 104.3 FM in Detroit.

All three Pistons home preseason games will be streamed live on Pistons.com and on Fox Sports Detroit’s website. Those games are on October 4th, 6th and 9th.
