Reggie Bullock has never played more than 43 games in a season. But that could change for the Detroit Pistons’ small forward in 2017-18.

Reggie Bullock averaged a career high in points (4.5) and minutes (15.1) with the Detroit Pistons last season. Numbers such as those are easy to overlook. But Pistons’ fans should keep an eye on him. Detroit is thin at small forward, and Bullock’s consistent shooting could propel him into the rotation.

Stan Van Gundy isn’t afraid to shake things up. Especially when it comes to his roster.

More from PistonPowered

Player movement has been a staple of Van Gundy’s three seasons with the Detroit Pistons. So much so, that Andre Drummond is the only Piston remaining from the Joe Dumars era.

If a player doesn’t fit, his tenure is relatively short in the Motor City.

Which brings us to Reggie Bullock.

The 26-year-old small forward is entering his third year with the Pistons. However, Bullock has only played in 68 games the previous two seasons.

Part of that can be attributed to an injury he sustained last November, which caused him to miss 25 games. Yet, there were also stretches where he was healthy, and simply didn’t see the floor.

But Van Gundy sees something in Bullock. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have re-signed him over the summer.

With that in mind, here are five goals for the former North Carolina Tar Heel in 2017-18..
