After a disappointing loss to the Milwaukee Buck, the Detroit Pistons travelled to Indiana to take on the Pacers, in what many Detroit Pistons fans have described as a must win game. That wasn’t the case as the Pacers ended up taking the win 107-100.

It was a game of runs, with the game going back and forth, at one point in the third quarter the Pistons looked like they had the game locked up. They managed to get up by 22 at one stage (which included a 14-2 run in the third quarter), however some lackadaisical defence and some slow defensive rotations let the Pacers back into the game, who hit some tough shots down the stretch and managed to maintain the lead and take the win.

Detroit Pistons. AVERY BRADLEY. B+. Avery played his usual defense and was a big reason that <a rel=. SG

STANLEY JOHNSON. C. In his second start back from injury, Stanley looked a step behind, and didn’t quite have his legs under his shot going 1 of 9 from the field. He was beaten a few times off the dribble by <a rel=. SF. Detroit Pistons

B. Tobias looked visibly like the only player that really wanted to win this game. We saw quite a vocal and motivating Tobias almost like he was trying to will his team over the line. Unfortunately he wasn’t hitting shots as frequently as he has been finishing with 15 points (37.5 percent from the field), 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.. PF. Detroit Pistons. TOBIAS HARRIS

B. Andre started the game off looking good, getting the first bucket of the game courtesy of a put-back dunk. He finished with 11 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 blocks. However he looked a bit disinterested throughout the game and was slow to rotate and contest some shots. A decent game from the big guy, but still some improvements to be made.. C. Detroit Pistons. ANDRE DRUMMOND

C. Ish was a huge part of a run for the Pistons scoring some key buckets to maintain a slight lead, however he didn’t play the best game defensively. He finished with 15 points but was a -8 in plus minus which was the fourth worst Piston. He was responsible for some buckets to maintain a lead, but he was also in the unit that allowed the Pacers back from the 22 point deficit.. PG. Detroit Pistons. ISH SMITH

C+. Langston only played 13 minutes today, so didn’t spend too much time on the floor, he managed 5 points on 7 shots. He played well when he was on, but he wasn’t on the court enough to judge properly.. SG. Detroit Pistons. LANGSTON GALLOWAY

A-. Kennard was one of the highlights of the game today. He finished with 13 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals. He looked a lot more comfortable shooting the basketball, less reliance on his pump fake and more willing to cast away. He was 3 of 4 from the three point line, so keep shooting rook! He looked a lot more comfortable defensively and held his own, finishing with a plus minus of 0.. SF. Detroit Pistons. LUKE KENNARD

ANTHONY TOLLIVER. B. Tolliver came out of the blocks hot, nailing a three with almost his first touch of the game. Tolliver brought what he brings to every game: a veteran presence, never gives up, plays solid defence.. PF. Detroit Pistons

C. Detroit Pistons. ERIC MORELAND. B. Moreland really impressed me today. He looked up to the challenge, fought hard on the rebounds, and finished with 2 blocks, including an impressive one on <a rel=
