In a game where the Atlanta Hawks burst out of the gate and almost couldn’t miss, Detroit Pistons fans would be forgiven for thinking “here we go again”, but the Pistons knuckled down and they were finally able to break their 7 game losing streak!
The Atlanta Hawks took the first quarter 31-30 with some lights out shooting, at 71 percent from the field! Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons could only manage 59 percent from the field. However, the Detroit Pistons knuckled down on defense and both teams ended up shooting around 45 percent, with Detroit taking the edge in three-point shooting 43.3 percent to 35.5 percent.
