Andre Drummond was pissed, Reggie Jackson was shaking with nerves, the bench locked arms, all because Detroit almost choked away yet another double-digit lead in the fourth quarter. Yet the Detroit Pistons were able to survive yet another fourth quarter collapse with a few outstanding performers.

C+. Reggie Jackson, despite looking off, actually had a decent shooting night. He shot a nice 47 percent from the field and 42 percent from three to score 17 points. However, his six assists were matched with six turnovers, two of which were late in the fourth. It’s time to start looking at resting Jackson for a game or two, as it is apparent that his explosive first step is lacking. I believe it’d be better to lose him for a game (possibly putting that game in jeopardy) rather than lose him to his knee. I think everyone can agree with the fact that we don’t want 2016-17 Reggie Jackson back.<p class=. PG. Detroit Pistons. REGGIE JACKSON

C. Luke Kennard started the second game of his career, and was strangely enough pulled one minute into the game. The reason why is lost on me, but I assume there was a decent one. He was still able to log 15 minutes throughout the game. While only shooting 20 percent, he had three points from his one attempt from beyond the arc. He had one steal, one block (I missed this apparently), one rebound, and two assists. It was a very quiet night for the rookie.<p class=. SG. Detroit Pistons. LUKE KENNARD

Wow, thank you Reggie Bullock, that was incredibly fun to watch. Bullock absolutely murdered it tonight, shooting eight for ten through the night. He was able to rack up an incredibly efficient, and team high, 20 points. Adding onto that, Bullock had five rebounds and a steal. He played like a starter, and it was great. Maybe he’ll stay healthy this year. He also had an amazing block on a dunk attempt, but Anthony Tolliver nudged the shooter just enough to draw a foul.. SG/SF. Detroit Pistons. REGGIE BULLOCK. A+

SF/PF. Detroit Pistons. TOBIAS HARRIS. B-. Tobias Harris had a great three point shooting night, draining a solid 60 percent of his shots. However, he shot a mere 33 percent from two. He did get the usual treatment from the refs, who refused to give him some calls at the rim, but he still needs to improve on his finishing. Outside of that, he grabbed a few boards, got an assist, and two steals. I don’t think I’ll ever grow tired of seeing Harris launch threes, even if he’s shooting sub 35 percent.

C. Detroit Pistons. ANDRE DRUMMOND. C+. This may be Andre Drummond’s worst statistical game of the season, and the first time he hasn’t recorded a double-double in recent memory. Drummond only grabbed six rebounds and put up 12 points. He did shoot 50 percent, and went two for two from the foul line. He looked pissed at the end of the game, sitting on the bench and refusing to lock arms with the team, and rightfully so. It was an underwhelming performance for someone re-cementing themselves as a young star. The fact that a 20 point lead was cut down to as little as four probably had something to do with it too.

PG. Detroit Pistons. ISH SMITH. B-. Ish Smith struggled to get his shot going again, scoring four points in six shots, but he was able to distribute like normal. He dished out six assists while grabbing four rebounds. He limited his turnovers to only one, which helped limit the team to only 13 in total.

SG. Detroit Pistons. LANGSTON GALLOWAY. B-. Langston Galloway was finally doused, missing all five of the threes he took and only hitting three out of nine overall. He did hit five of his six free throws, getting some off intentional fouls. He also contributed on the other end with three steals.

Stanley Johnson, despite the small sample size, seems exponentially better with the second unit. His shooting was sub par yet again, but he stuffed the stat sheet. With seven points, he grabbed six rebounds, dished out five assists (one was a beautiful bounce pass to a cutting Reggie Jackson), and swiped two steals.. SF. Detroit Pistons. STANLEY JOHNSON. B-

A-. Eric Moreland FINALLY got active on offense, dropping what I believe is a career high six points, and two offensive rebounds. He had eight rebounds overall, three assists, and snagged a steal for a nasty fast break dunk. He put out quality backup center minutes. If he continues to play like that, he may solve our backup center problem. Maybe we found a late bloomer. Let’s hope.. C. Detroit Pistons. ERIC MORELAND

B-. It was a very good decision to get Anthony Tolliver back, as he has come through multiple times for us. He shot a great five of seven, all coming from deep. He came through with 17 points, two assists, and two rebounds. His veteran presence is an asset to this young team. The only bad part of his performance was two turnovers.. PF. Detroit Pistons. ANTHONY TOLLIVER
