Langston Galloway’s baby gender reveal
By Ash Vanclay
Detroit Pistons guard Langston Galloway and his wife, Sabrina, are having a baby, and they revealed the gender in the most amazing and the most basketball way possible.
It was set up after the Detroit Pistons big win against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night at Little Caesars Arena.
It was arranged so that Galloway had to get up to the rim and dunk this mini basketball type thing and when it burst it would reveal the gender to him somehow.
So with some teammates around filming and there for support, Galloway’s wife hands him the ball and off he went… He got up there with ease (I tend to forget that he has some nice bounce in his legs) and when he dunked the ball out came a whole heap of blue streamers and glitter and everything. Galloway was overcome by emotion and immediately went over and embraced his wife. Andre Drummond was there the whole time to narrate the video and have some fun!
You can see the video below:
Galloway has been a key contributor for the Pistons’ success thus far this season. He began the season as the primary backup shooting guard, which allowed for rookie Luke Kennard to understand the pace and space of the NBA game until he was ready to unseat Galloway at that position. He’ll now be called upon to be the emergency third-string point guard in Reggie Jackson‘s absence.
On behalf of everyone at Piston Powered, I would like to wish Langston and his wife all the best with their baby boy!
