Dwane Casey adds two more assistants to his coaching staff

News broke over the weekend that Dwane Casey has hired more assistant coaches to his staff. Here’s a look the newest members of the Detroit Pistons organization.

The Detroit Pistons began hiring several assistant coaches the other day with addition of Sean Sweeney. Now we have news that they’ve hired two more in DJ Bakker and Sidney Lowe.

As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski, Lowe has been hired as the top assistant coach to head-man Dwane Casey. Bakker has been hired as the player development coach.

Lowe was brought in from the Washington Wizards where he was an assistant coach under Scott Brooks. Bakker was previously with the Toronto Raptors, where he worked under Casey.
