4. Reggie Bullock

Detroit Pistons
DENVER, CO – MARCH 15: Reggie Bullock

Kennard was a fantastic shooter for the Pistons last season but Bullock was even better. He was the second best three-point shooter in the league last season.

Bullock isn’t a player that is going to make enough mistakes to put the team in a position to lose a game. He’s also a guy that won’t make enough plays to win a game for the team.

He’s a safe bet. Bullock plays within his role and that’s great. For that reason, he set career high’s in many major statistical categories.

There’s room for him to grow offensively. With Andre Drummond adding a jumper and Blake Griffin continuing to expand with his game on the offensive end, it will only make Bullock more effective.

Adding shooting around someone who is already considered a pure shooter makes him much more dangerous. Reggie Jackson being back will help with that as well. His ability to penetrate and kick out makes guys like Bullock dangerous as well.
