Brown, Lofton get opportunity to prove themselves
The Detroit Pistons have an assortment of young players that are looking to be contributors on this roster right away.
We got a chance to watch a lot of both Bruce Brown and Zach Lofton in the summer league back in July. They both got a chance to show the coaching staff what they can do last night as well.
Lofton make quick use of his time.

He showed off the ability to shoot from long range and pull up from mid range off a screen as well. Lofton had seven points in ten minutes of action.
Brown got more minutes than Lofton. I liked the way he played defensively against the Nets. Brown wasn’t efficient on the offensive end. He scored just two points in 17 minutes.
I was a bit surprised to not see Khyri Thomas in the game at all. He should get a good look in the next couple of games as Casey will have decisions to make about who will stay in Detroit and who will be in Grand Rapids.
