Everyone looks ahead to the big games throughout their favorite team’s regular season schedule. The Detroit Pistons have five to mark down on the calendar.

The Detroit Pistons start their regular season on Wednesday night at home against the Brooklyn Nets. I’m sure head coach Dwane Casey and his team aren’t looking any further than that.

As fans, it’s really easy to look ahead in the schedule. You want to find the big match-ups with the rivals from within the eastern conference or the quick look you’ll get from a western conference team.

Which games are going to mean the most? Which games could decide whether or not the Pistons are going to make the playoffs? How could specific games influence playoff seeding?

That might make your head hurt considering they haven’t played a game yet. I’ve mapped out five games on the regular season schedule for the Detroit Pistons that all fall under a certain criteria.

These five games were picked from an entertainment standpoint. Maybe you would want to go watch one of these specific games at Little Caesar’s Arena.

Some of these games were picked because of their importance. I believe that some of these games are against teams that Detroit will have to find a way to beat in order to get back to the postseason this year.

Here are those five games.
