April 3 vs. Indiana Pacers

The Detroit Pistons and the Indiana Pacers have a storied past. From the playoff match-ups to the ‘Malice and Palace’, these two teams have had some historic battles.

The Indiana Pacers are in the central division of the eastern conference along with the Detroit Pistons. They will be a team that will compete to be division champions along with the Pistons and the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Pacers bring back a very good team that will be fighting for one of the top playoff spots. Victor Oladipo and Myles Turner look to make a name for themselves in an eastern conference that’s seemingly wide open with James now in Los Angeles.

Detroit played the Pacers particularly well last season. They split four games. The Pistons will have to replicate those results or even do better.

With this game being so late in the season, it will likely mean last second chances for either of these teams to solidify a playoff spot or even move up in the standings.

Next. Three takeaways from the preseason. dark
