The Detroit Pistons have had a number of players get valuable minutes on the floor to this point in the season. How do each of them grade out?
The Detroit Pistons are 13-11 through their first 24 games of the season.
Believe it or not, their upcoming stretch of games are very pivotal on where this season goes. They sit in the sixth seed in the eastern conference as of now.
They’re two games behind the Indiana Pacers for the fourth seed which should be their goal. Home court advantage should be any team’s goal with the personnel that the Pistons have.
They’re also just two spots ahead of the Orlando Magic, who are the eighth seed.
The Pistons are trending in the wrong direction right now.
They’ve lost their last four games. Before that, this team really started to look like they were figuring things out.
Just ten days ago, the Pistons were 13-7 and fresh off a win against the defending-champion Golden State Warriors.
What’s went wrong. For starters, a lot of guys on this team just aren’t playing well right now.
Established shooters aren’t shooting the ball well. Everyone outside of Blake Griffin came seem to find the bottom of the basket really.
Here are our somewhat-quarterly player grades for the Detroit Pistons.
Just a quick heads up: Some players were left off of this list simply because of their lack of time on the floor.
Enjoy!
