With the season coming to an end, the Pistons still have not clinched a playoff spot. They are going to figure out whether they clinch a playoff spot or not on the last day of the NBA season. They control their own fate. If they win both final games of the season; they are in.

But there was a lot of confusion to how many different scenarios the Pistons have if they are in or not. And tiebreakers made things even more confusing due to the fact that three-way tiebreakers don’t work the same way as two-way tiebreakers.

Even James Edwards III of The Athletic was confused about the tiebreakers.

The Twitter user @THE_FERNANTULA has every scenario for the Pistons locked down.

It’s going to be interesting last few days of the season for the Pistons.
