Reggie Jackson is Doctor Strange!

Doctor Strange is a superhero that lives on Earth. He protects the world from magical threats. Before becoming a hero, he was a surgeon. He ends up becoming doctor strange after being involved in a car accident that damaged his hands. He would eventually search around the world to find a way to repair his hands.

He is able to levitate because of his Cloak of Levitation and do many more things such as create illusions because of the Eye of Agamotto.

Reggie Jackson can sorta levitate. He had 14 dunks this NBA season; including one of the best dunks of the playoffs against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Reggie Jackson can also create illusions with his ball handling skills. He will cross his defender over and leave him confused wondering how he did that.
