Durability

On a team who’s most key players have battled injuries for a large portion of their careers, one of the most important, yet underrated, things that Snell will bring to this team is his durability. It is true, a player’s greatest asset is his ability to remain healthy and on the court.

Detroit has seen many players have incredible seasons and show great promise only to have their careers derailed due to the unfortunate occurrence of injuries.

Snell is a player who throughout his six-year career has averaged suiting up for 74 games a season. Averaging 74 games played out of 82 in six years is quite the impressive feat and Pistons fans will be hoping to see more of the same from Snell this upcoming season.

If Snell can remain healthy, the likely increased role and minutes he will be receiving on a nightly basis should do nothing but good for him and the Pistons.
