Final Score: Pistons 110, Raptors 107
There was a close tie for number one on this list so i have this place this right next to Reggie’s amazing put back dunk.
Drummond, yet again with no regard for human life, even if you were a former teammate of his. He showed no remorse to former Pistons big man Eric Moreland who is now an NBA champion with the Toronto Raptors.
The play begins with the typical beautiful ball handling of former Pistons guard Ish Smith, dribbling and weaving through the defense, which leads to a monster throw down by Andre Drummond over Moreland.
Drummond is not shy throwing it down, and that can be costly for opposing players that are under the rim.
Ish Smith and Drummond are masterful in the pick and roll together, which is sure to be missed by Pistons fans and it was on display here in this clip. It sparked a huge run by Detroit whom eventually finished the game with a strong 4th quarter and came out with the win.
Drummond is our enforcer in the paint on both ends, and a previously stated, one of the league leaders in dunks, being in the top ten. He guaranteed to make highlight plays game in and game out,and with him constantly working on his game, we can expect to see more from more and more from him as he continues his great off season work.
Drummond finished this game with massive 15 points and 17 rebounds, but this is a typical game for the Pistons star big man. Ish Smith finished with eight points, eight assists, five rebounds, and three steals, great games for both players as we moved on to sweep the season series against the Toronto Raptors.
