Detroit Pistons vs. Oklahoma City Thunder 2019-20 season preview

Thunder offseason changes
The Thunder did acquire some key players via trades this offseason.
One key player is NBA veteran, Chris Paul. Paul came to OKC in the trade with Westbrook. Though Paul isn’t like Westbrook, he is still one of the top point guards in the league with a high basketball IQ.
Paul will look to take over the offense and help carry them to a winning season. It definitely won’t be easy especially competing in the Western Conference.
Joining Paul in OKC will be guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and forward Danilo Gallinari form the Clippers.
Gilgeous-Alexander had an impressive rookie season with the Clippers, earning NBA All-Rookie Second Team honors. He averaged 10.8 points per game during the regular season and averaged 13.7 in six games in the playoffs.
Paul will be a great mentor to Gilgeous-Alexander. When you are going into your second season in the league and you have a great point guard showing you the way, it doesn’t get any better than that.
Gallinari has been a valuable asset when he’s healthy. For OKC’s sake, it will hope for an injury-free season for the forward. With his size and versatility, Gallinari can score inside and outside the paint. His offense will certainly help the Thunder this season.
With these new additions to the Thunder, how will Detroit matchup against the OKC blue?
