5 Detroit Pistons that might help you win your fantasy basketball league
1. Andre Drummond
Andre Drummond is wildly underrated. He recently came in at 52nd on ESPN’s list of Top 100 NBA players. But in ESPN’s pre-draft fantasy rankings he is eighth after scoring 2,153 fantasy points last season.

Only 13 players in NBA history have had a season with 1,000 points, 1,000 rebounds, 100 steals and 100 blocks. Only Drummond has accomplished the feat four times, and he missed a fifth time by 11 blocks in 2016-17.
This has become the norm for Drummond, who is one of the top two-way centers in the league. He’s certainly one of the top centers for fantasy purposes.
He’s grabbed the most rebounds in the league in each of the last four seasons, which would allow fantasy owners to dominate that category in head-to-head settings. He also has led the league in offensive rebounds in each of the last six seasons.
Securing extra opportunities for points, whether for himself or on a kick out to an open shooter, leaves opportunity to stack points.
If the stretch from February to the finish is any indication, Drummond is about to improve his game. Over the final 32 games, he averaged 18.3 points, 16.6 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and 1.9 steals per game.
Drummond has excelled in dribble handoff series as a passer, which is why two seasons ago he averaged 3 assists per game. If Casey integrates that into his offense, it could open up new avenues for Drummond to score fantasy points.
