Trade 2

This trade is essentially trading a sharpshooter for a sharpshooter with the added incentive of a future first round pick for the Pistons. Statistically, Joe Harris and Kennard are rather similar players.

Kennard for the season so far has averaged 15.8 points, 4.1 assists, and 3.5 rebounds shooting 39.9% from deep. Harris for the season has averaged 13.7 points, 2.1 assists, and 4.1 rebounds shooting 40.5% from deep.

Swapping sharpshooters did not translate to more regular season success as the Pistons finished the season 25-57 which got them 13th in the Eastern Conference. Drummond finished this season once again getting All-Defensive First Team and All-NBA Second Team honors.
